About
What is Reformer Pilates and how will it benefit you ?
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and highly effective form of exercise performed on a specialised machine called a Pilates reformer. This versatile apparatus uses a system of springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to create resistance, enhancing strength, flexibility, and control.
Unlike mat-based Pilates, the reformer provides targeted support and resistance, making it suitable for all fitness levels—from beginners to athletes. The controlled movements focus on core strength, posture, and overall body alignment, promoting efficient movement patterns and reducing the risk of injury.
