Step 2: Tailored Reformer Pilates & Strength Training

Based on your needs, each session will focus on:

Balance & Core Strength – Enhancing stability and control

Flexibility & Mobility – Improving movement and reducing stiffness

Strength & Endurance – Using Reformer Pilates and weights for full-body conditioning

Step 3: Guided, Supportive Training

I’ll guide you through each movement with a focus on proper form, breathing, and technique, ensuring you get the most out of every session.

Step 4: Progress & Next Steps

At the end of your session, we’ll review your progress and discuss any exercises you can do at home to continue improving.
